A. is a privately held multi-national holding company, it handles all the exports and imports of our subsidiaries and in addition brokers deals for other private clients. Over the years, EXIM Corporation has developed numerous clients/purchasers for different type of products (fruits, shrimp farm, textile, building material, seafood product, cacao, coffee, sugar, chemical, electronics, garments and cattle). EXIM Corporation provides employee leasing worldwide, we employ over 9,950 employees worldwide. Incorporated in Central America on October 3, 1978 and re-register on August 18, 1992.
EXIM Economic Development Corporation EXIM Economic Development Corporation a/k/a EXIM EDC, mission is to pre-qualify legitimate foreign industries that are willing too partially relocate their industry to the State of Texas. Foreign industries to be considered in our EDC Program, they must have their government recommendation/approval and the liquidity to invest in the USA. That foreign industry that qualifies must incorporate in the State of Texas to do business. It will be required for that industry to create local jobs, build new infrastructure or purchase vacant structure(s), capital infusion into the local economy, create new export, and generate new tax revenue base. Any federal, state or local government or its agencies or elected official that does not support economic growth for our country is an anti-American.
