CHINA PROJECTS

EXIM Mining (Zhangjiako) Company Limited, currently owns exclusive 3 mines (FE, AU and Zeolite Ore mine) located in Dushikou Chichengxian, Hebei Province. With geological report and certified the government.

ZEOLITE (ZSM) Mine: Annual consumption of 500,000 metric tons of high grade of Zeolite ore (ZSM). With reverses of 457 Million metric tons of ZSM. (Si-Al a family of glassy minerals analogous to feldspar containing hydrated aluminum silicates of calcium or sodium or potassium; formed in cavities in lava flows and in plutonic rocks) As of January 2008, 175 unique zeolite frameworks have been identified, and over 40 naturally occurring zeolite frameworks are known.[3][4] Zeolites have a porous structure that can accommodate a wide variety of cations, such as Na+, K+, Ca2+, Mg2+ and others. These positive ions are rather loosely held and can readily be exchanged for others in a contact solution. Some of the more common mineral zeolites are analcime, chabazite, clinoptilolite, heulandite, natrolite, phillipsite, and stilbite. An example mineral formula is: Na2Al2Si3O10-2H2O, the formula for natrolite.

IRON (FE) Mine: Annual consumption of 300 to 500 thousand metric tons of high grade of Iron (Fe). With reverses of 50 Million metric tons of Fe.

Sources - Iron is a relatively abundant element in the universe. It is found in the sun and many types of stars in considerable quantity. Its nuclei are very stable. Iron is a principal component of a meteorite class known as siderites and is a minor constituent of the other two meteorite classes. The core of the earth -- 2150 miles in radius -- is thought to be largely composed of iron with about 10 percent occluded hydrogen. The metal is the fourth most abundant element, by weight that makes up the crust of the earth. The most common ore is hematite, which is frequently seen as black sands along beaches and banks of streams.

GOLD (AU) Mine: Annual consumption of 3 to 5 metric tons of Au. With reverses of 75 thousand metric tons of Au.

History - (Sanskrit Jval; Anglo-Saxon gold; L. aurum, gold) Known and highly valued from earliest times, gold is found in nature as the free metal and in tellurides; it is very widely distributed and is almost always associated with quartz or pyrite.

Going Public in the US Exchange: EXIM proposed to partner up with Chinese Companies.

EXIM Corporation proposes to take CHINESE company to the US Stock Exchange (NASDAQ or OTC or AMEX), and trade the Chinese company and raise money. EXIM will pay all the expenses in the USA to take the Chinese company public. College of American Aviation: The premier and unique aviation training center and higher education program in China.

Mission: To provide premier training in aviation leading to a Bachelor degree with their FAA certification/license in the following areas:

1.- Private Pilot License

2.- Instrument Rating Certification

3.- Commercial Pilot License

4.- Aviation Instructor License

The College of America will be coordinating with an accredited American college or university so that the graduates of the College of American Aviation will receive dual degree designations. The course work will be taught only by FAA Certified/License instructors.

College of American English: The premier purpose is to teach American English in China by ESL certified American instructors.

Mission: To provide premier training in English leading to a certification in conversational English, as well as the ability to translate and conduct business negotiations in English and the American business context. To lay the groundwork for the transition of the approval for the College of American English to become registered degree granting college in China, The College of America, offering degrees in English, American Business Culture, and the History of American Ideas and Culture.

Program: An English certification program based on a 2 year certification program. Using innovative and cutting edge curriculum and teaching methods, with a special emphasis on preparing the student to conduct all phases of business in English, in an international and American business context.

1.- At end of year 1, student will be able to communicate clearly and correctly with business and personal American English contacts; and
